During these sessions we will explore how to apply Easy Movement principles to relax the body and mind in sitting or lying. Using verbal cues the student will be guided through gentle movements to encourage freedom in the whole body and to quiet the mind. One-off Active Rest & Renew sessions can be beneficial especially during times of uncertainty.
