These 45 minute sessions personalised sessions are tailored to suit your desires, needs and challenges. I will guide you through common movements and in the process you may find yourself to be more present, coordinated, balanced and supported from the inside. Throughout the session we will have an ongoing 'conversation' about what we are observing and I will offer verbal guidance and encouragement so you are more able to explore wholebody movement so ease is more available to you, as nature intended. In the tradition of other modalities like yoga and Pilates, or learning a language or a musical instrument, each session will build on the preceding session. Once you discover that there is a way to move in a more open way to move (children are living examples) you may become deeply interested in how you move and the changes that you experience, in and out of the Easy Movement sessions.
